Coaches
Have some extra time? Check out this video player. The player currently holds many of Go Swim's drills of the week, divided into categories such as butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle, sculling, training, and turns. Choose the category with the tabs at the top.  Then you can use the scroll bar on the right to find the drill or instruction that will help you.  When you click on the thumbnail of a drill, it will automatically start playing in the window. Try it! See how easy it is to navigate through the player, and to start, stop, and change from drill to drill. You can make the video window larger just by right clicking the video and choosing "maximize video". There is even a tab that lets you email an individual drill to a friend. You have to view a short advertisement first, but hey, it's a free player! Enjoy!
