“10” Seahawk Swimmer Do’s/Don’ts
1. Be on time- ready to swim at beginning of practice time.
2. Be a dedicated swimmer- try to miss no more than 1 practice per week.
Minimum Should Be: Level 1- 1 time per week
Level 2/3- 3 times per week
3. Use restroom before practice- there will be one bathroom break after the first hour of the second session.
4. Adhere to your scheduled practice time.
5. Keep goggles on during swim sets.
6. Complete swim sets without stopping.
7. Do flip-turns at every turn.
8. Do NOT breathe into or out of turns and never off the dive
9. Make all turns and finishes legal.
10. ALL SWIMMERS MUST ATTEND ALL ESSL DUAL MEETS!
